My method of training is simple; education on effective training methods, we spend every month mastering one skill and progressively moving to the next and the next

My clients are challenged with intense yet fun work outs that they can perform and even better pushed to levels they didn’t think they would be able to perform. I have had women come to me not knowing how to perform one push up and a month later doing more than 10 normal push ups with a big smile on their face.

I’m talking about women in their teens to thirties and onwards, Mums who are at home or working part-time or full-time, any woman with little time.

Women that are tired of the way they look, women that are ready to make a change in their life but need accountability, education, emotional support, I talk a lot about emotional support because I believe that half of the work to really take the women to their next best level lays within their mindset, I coach women mentally as they exercise to push past their unbelief which in turn helps them to achieve their fitness goals.

Women walk out of my sessions with great confidence, discipline ,accountable partners, real results to show off through their weight loss journey, improved endurance, mental growth, gains, educated about nutrition and effective exercises according to their body type because each woman is different.
